Adv. Guy Gissin, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B) from Tel Aviv University in 1991, is remarried to Sigal Rusk Gissin, and is the father of five. Adv. Gissin, a graduate of the Israeli Naval Academy, holds the rank of Lt. Commander (ret.) in the IDF, and was commander of a Dabur-class patrol boat. Adv. Gissin, formerly of Zaltzman & Co. law firm, where he was a partner until he left to start his own practice in 1994, specializes in commercial law, securities, corporate law, insolvency, debt arrangements and commercial litigation.

Since 1991, Adv. Gissin has represented dozens of publicly traded companies, including in public offerings of stock and bonds as well as providing ongoing legal counsel.  Over the last decade, Adv. Gissin has been involved in some of the most significant and complex debt arrangements and liquidations in Israel, while also contributing to the creation of some of the most important legal precedents in the field. Adv. Gissin has been personally appointed many times by the courts and by creditors, to serve as court officer or trustee for corporations undergoing insolvency proceedings.

Adv. Gissin works voluntarily to support and promote education in Israel. As such, Adv. Gissin has been serving for nearly twenty-five years as legal advisor to Young Entrepreneurs (Israel) foundation.

Simon Keidar

Adv. Keidar (CPA) specializes in restructuring and insolvency proceedings, corporate rehabilitation and economic recovery, debt settlements and commercial litigation, and is appointed as functionary on behalf of the court in restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

Adv. Roni Shema Rimon

Roni is a partner in the firm’s Real-estate and Hotel Department.

Roni specializes in commercial transactions and real-estate transactions and possesses special expertise in the field of hotels, financing, lease and management agreements in addition to purchase and sale transactions of different classes of real estate assets (sites, income-producing assets, buildings et cet.).

Prior to joining our firm, she served as chief legal advisor to one of Israel’s leading hotel groups.

Idan Danino
(Advocate)

Adv. Danino is a member of the firm’s Restructuring and Insolvency Department and the Litigation Department.

Adv. Danino represents creditors and court appointed functionaries in many insolvency proceedings. Adv. Danino has been approved by the Commissioner for Insolvency and Economic Rehabilitation as a candidate on its list of trustees in the district of Tel Aviv. 

In this context, Idan has taken part in handling insolvency proceedings and complex debt arrangements of corporations (including corporations that raised debt from the public and collapsed financially) in substantial financial volumes handled by the firm. In addition, Adv. Danino handles various and diverse litigation procedures such as Directors’ & officers’ liability claims, corporate control disputes and complex contractual commercial claims of the firm’s clients.

Adv. Danino is a graduate of the IDF paratrooper patrol and serves in the reserves as a combat soldier and commander of a combat soldiers team.

Yuda Druck

As part of his work, he is responsible for the ongoing handling of public corporations in a variety of aspects, including from the commercial corporate aspect, provides ongoing legal advice in all matters related to regulatory guidelines, compliance and enforcement.

As part of his professional activity, Adv. Druck represents the companies in his charge vis-a-vis the Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, underwriters, trustees and other regulators.
